After some very eventful final laps Elite was won by gho3t COLT ahead of ZyDRAD and MerKz47.

Silverstone GB, The home GP of many of SLR drivers and temporary home to Division One in SLR last Friday night, saw some great action unfold in a weekend which consisted of mix weather conditions and highly important strategical decisions.
In qualifying we saw rain throughout the whole session which threw every driver into the mix for pole. We saw a new driver take pole in BrindyBoi67 and the reserve driver ShaunGregory92 round off the front row in the Ferrari.
Lap 1 saw no drama and a clean start allowed the front pack to push from the off. With battles happening from the front to the back of the grid pressure took its toll on a few drivers as on lap 2 we saw an early safety car. With the top 5 missing the chance to take the early stop, SLR McKeon and in form racing point driver tooman3sweets jumped into the pits. With the strategy looking in their favour, the pair had a short encounter with SLR McKeon taking advantage of the quicker medium tyre and passed tooman3sweets. Which saw the racing point driver get caught in a lengthy battle with fellow contender SLR ranga allowing a gap to open up. SLR McKeon took the lead of the race once the remaining drivers took their pit stop and from there saw the race out to take the win. Followed by tooman3sweets in 2nd and a special mention to mclaren driver Riggsey x who gained his first SLR podium finishing in 3rd🍾

Reason: we believe that a game glitch caused BlandSiamang908 to have the same illegal overtake message as SLR ranga, ultimately causing the incident.
In Division 2 this week we had an action backed race with several safety cars. SLR Owenn was the first to capitalise and carried out a great strategy but mistakes let him down, meaning AG ll Panther secured his first win this season on penalties. SSR Halo marked his first ever race as a full time driver with P2 after starting P14 and SLR Semm capitalised on penalties to get up to third place. Big shoutouts to 4th and 5th placed SLR Nealix and Coupe a Benz who both made great comebacks after having various early incidents in the race. We also witnessed a great battle towards the end where different strategies collided with DnK Rando18, bennett628, SLR Barlow and Original96.

Racing incident
Reason - Neither Original’s clip nor the stream clearly show either driver to be at fault, lack of conclusive evidence to pin the blame on one driver despite what is said on stream. Both drivers appear to be going for the same bit of track.
Venom vs Rockamad
5 seconds and 1 LP to Venom, squeezing
Reason - Despite Venom’s statement claiming he is pushed into Rockamad there is no clear and obvious so of that in the clip, it looks as though Venom just cuts across Rockamad forcing them both off the track.
Halo vs Benz
Racing incident
Reason - while contact is made there is no damage to either car, Halo re overtakes Benz later in the lap and thus he didn’t lose anything from the contact
Division 3 delivered an action-packed race that started with sunshine but ended up very wet for the final 11 laps. There were incidents as soon as the the 5 lights went out as SLR Gareth (RedBull) tangled with championship leader SLR Dodgy (Racing Point). This brought an immediate VSC at T1 and seen multiple incidents of drivers making contact as SLR B33n (Red Bull) took the early lead on lap 1. By lap 2 RunthaJewels24 (Haas) was up to 3rd from 5th with Jon5y (Alfa Romeo) up to 4th from 9th as Craigfk (AlphaTauri) had lost 2 places into 5th. Aflyinglemon318 (Ferrari) made an excellent start to his race as he was up 10 places into 10th by the end of lap 4.
SLR B33n (Red Bull) was the first runner to pit on lap 7 for medium tyres which handed SLR Hyperz (Racing Point) the lead of the race with RunthaJewels24 in 2nd and Jon5y in 3rd. The early pitstop from SLR B33n seemed to hinder him as he hit traffic on lap 9 as 9th placed Dingledolphin (Renault) and 10th placed Nedklaw (Mclaren) made contact at turn 4 putting the latter into a spin. Race leader SLR Hyperz then pitted for medium tyres at the end of lap 9 with RunthaJewels24 staying out to take the race lead. By lap 10 l21l Maxwell (Williams) a reserve driver this week who started 12th on the medium tyres was up 8 places into 4th and was having a very strong race.
Towards the end of lap 10 we seen the final soft tyre runners come in for medium tyres as RunthaJewels24, Jon5y and Craigfk all came in giving l21l Maxwell the lead of the race. By the start of lap 11 the clouds were rolling in and rain was imminent as Aflyinglemon made a bold move onto wet tyres a little too early. It was lap 15 when the heavens opened, as the rain began to fall which meant any drivers who started the race on the mediums were in prime position for the wet tyre changes. At this stage there were multiple cars spinning all over the circuit and lap 18 saw the lead runners l21l Maxwell (Williams) and DaredPaul1986 (Mercedes) come in for the intermediate tyres.
By the close of lap 19 l21l Maxwell had opened a 5 second lead over DaredPaul1986 as we saw SLR DNFPlum (Haas) end his race with a crash on the wet compound tyres. On lap 22 there was a battle for 3rd between SLR B33n, SLR Hyperz and Jon5y all separated by 1 second. It was SLR Hyperz who lost out spinning off the track to give SLR b33n a comfortable 3rd place on track. The chequered flag waved on lap 26 and it was l21l Maxwell who claimed his first SLR race win after leading for 16 laps with SLR b33n taking 2nd on penalties and DaredPaul1986 dropping into the final podium position in 3rd.

Reason: St2oH hits the back of Plum causing himself damage and picking up a 5 sec pen. This pen is sufficient enough as the contact made is not what causes plum to spin
