WELCOME BACK!
It's felt like a veeeery long break between seasons but we are finally back and bigger than ever!
Over 100 drivers make up SLR which once again shows the growth and the direction this League is going. A massive thanks goes to all our Admins who over the break have done a power of work to get us ready for the new season - which is set to be ELITE!
4 Divisions!
SLR Ranga has wanted 4 divisions since before he had his first hardcore Blue WKD and finally he has got his way. Not only that - we have a brand new game (which has had its teething problems) where we are seeing some people have real improvements in pace and some well...not soo much.
All this brought us to this weekend and what a cracker it was!
In the all new ELITE - Freeman could not convert his Pole spot and instead it was the man of Season 4 bringing it home once again and laying down his marker for the season ahead as Xx JamHam xX took the win, relative SLR newcomer gho3t COLT showed he means business this season with a great 2nd place with Midzy15 taking the final podium place.
In Division 1 it was 'Mr Australia' - did I really hear someone call him that on the stream??? Crocodile Dundee himself SLR ranga took the win repeating his win in the first ever race in SLR at Oz, with our resident Swede SotierClock taking 2nd place and II Monkeyy II in third.
In Division 2 it was the absolutely flying ZachIsBeast25 with the win - Zach is showing some incredible early pace this year! In 2nd place it was SLR Connor with Lewisod in 3rd.
Last but not least the ever entertaining Division 3 - the place to be on your Saturday nights produced another cracking race with the eventual winner SweatyConfetty after a driving a very consistent race - another having an excellent race was long time SLR member NEDKLAW who came from all the way back to take 2nd place with the guy with a gamertag that makes your eyes bleed Crafti3stJ3st3r in 3rd.
