The Formula One circuit stops in Saudi Arabia for the penultimate round of the S7 championship, a new track for all to combat and a potential for mixed results in a period where every point is crucial.
It was pole position for Mr Ogween, who set a 1:26.912, who had just pipped SLR Niki to pole by -0.059, and Bezzas who was +0.087 off pole. The top 3 were also the only drivers to set their qualifying times in the 1:26 bracket. This was also a crucial championship pivot as Raceroller22 would qualify P4, but with Midzy15 down in P11 for the start, this was a prime opportunity to claw back the deficit
The race start under the Saudi floodlights saw SLR Niki get a much cleaner launch off the grid to take the lead up the inside. Raceroller also got a clean start from P4 and was able to challenge for P2, but had to settle in behind in P3
Niki would look to check out at the front and break off the DRS from the rest of the field, but to no avail, as DRS would be activated and everybody would be involved in the train.
One driver who was under pressure in the train was Ghost Colt, who lost places to VRA Andres into the final corner and SLR Corey, who made a move round the outside at T1, to demote the AlphaTauri to P7, but with the power play the DRS brings to the racing dynamic here in Saudi, it would promote plenty of overtaking and reovertaking opportunities
The medium runners off the start would already have their link to the soft starters broken by lap 5 and were racing amongst themselves, as Midzy and Griffiths would go racing for P12 and would see positions switching consistently
Griffiths would go hot up the inside of Midzy into turn 1 on lap 7, and with Shut medal and ZyDRAD both waiting behind, would see the Red Bull and the Williams cost each other time, and in turn, would allow ZyDRAD to perform a switchback and make a triple move and up to P12
Andres and Bezzas would go side by side om Lap 8 all the way up through S2 and into S3, showing respect and craft in the battle
Mr Ogween would pull the plug on the undercut on Lap 9 from the lead battle, which would then spark the pitlane into life the following lap as the leaders try and adapt to the early stop by the Haas, which saw Mr Ogween jump up to a net lead
SLR Corey and SLR Niki would make contact into the final corner on Lap10, but as far as the eye could see, the AlphaTauri would escape without any wing damage or significant impairment to their car
The battle for the lead would roar again as Niki not only made his way past championship protagonist Raceroller, but also managed to get past Mr Ogween to retake the lead, and with traffic management becoming Nikis strong suit in this race.
VRA Andres was also another driver who was able to make the best of traffic and a racing situation as he would take P2 off Mr Ogween on lap 15 and be tethering on the edge of the DRS detection of SLR Niki
ZyDRAD would also catch the first of the medium runners by lap 16 and would be showing rapid pace behind, it would just be a matter of utilising the softer tyre and the lighter car. His chance would come as he would go round the outside of Turn 1 on lap 17 on ghost colt, and it would be a matter of planning ahead as it would be Riggs and Division battling hard for P7
The opportunity would present itself on lap 18 when Riggs would look on the inside of Division, and ZyDRAD would pull his Aston Martin to the outside to go 3 wide into Turn 1. The Ferrari would lose two places, but ZyDRAD would just hold it round the outside of the Alpine of Riggs and execute a double move, pushing him into clean air and to chase Jib jab up ahead
The lead would intensify as Andres and Niki would go side by side through the bending S1, and provide exquisite racing. Niki would make the move round the outside of the sweeping left in S2 to regain the lead for a brief margin.
In the midfield, Midzy and Griffiths would have a coming together at Turn 2, which resulted in the Williams spinning out of the 5 driver battle for the final points positions
The race has provided endless entertainment, many highlights for the race reels, and a track that provides. It would be SLR Niki to claim the victory in Saudi Arabia, with Raceroller in P2 and Mr Ogween, who made a podium claiming move on Bezzas at the final corner on the final lap, securing the P3. With the championship still up for grabs, it'll be all or nothing, in Abu Dhabi

Div 1 Result: Saudi Arabia
For the first time in SLR history we arrived in Saudi Arabia! A much anticipated event on our calendar for the season and division 1 were the first to tackle the streets of Jeddah as it’s come to a crucial point in the championship where 4 drivers; LP smoke, SLR Bennett, SLR Connor and Elite X Riskz could all still win the championship but leader, smoke was the only driver who can win the championship here if he finishes with a gap or 26 points over the rest of his rivals!
Our driver to take pole yet again was SLR Semm with a 1.27.313 he was joined again by SLR Connor to round out the front row the second row was occupied by Masongammon and AMS Ben. Championship leader smoke starts p11 whilst second place man bennett starts p10 are not being able to set a valid lap in q3 after looking very strong in the previous 2 sessions. Elite who joined late did not qualify so he starts last.
5 lights went out and instant drama as race leader collided with masongammon and ams ben sending Ben to the back and semm to p10!
Bennett after having a fantastic start climbing from 10th to 5th then was struck from behind by masongammon sending him into the wall and down to last not what he needed especially as Connor was leading, smoke was back into the points and elite now ahead of him.
With not a lot happening on track we move to lap 10 where Owenhowell36 in p2 was the first driver to pit to try and undercut Connor in front but his chances faded away as he unfairly picked up a speeding penalty as he was clearly down to the pit lane speed limit!.
Connor pitted a few laps later coming out ahead of Owen and into p6 behind the medium runners and immediately Connor overtook Allan and crucially putting a car between himself and Owen.
Semm after falling to 10th at the start pitted on lap 15 and after showing incredible pace he came out in 7th with fresh mediums on so he was certainly one to look out for as the race enters the last 10 laps. A few laps later smoke pitted and got rid of his mediums to put a fresh set of softs on, he came out p11 with some overtaking to do.
Lap 23 and heartbreak for Owen! He hit the wall 2 laps from the end taking away any chance of points, the mclaren driver will be gutted after such a strong drive.
One man who drove a flawless race from start to finish was Connor! The checkered flag waved and he was the man to take it finishing first which is huge! Keeping him well and truly in the championship fight heading into Abu Dhabi! SimbarocksONE took p2 and an incredible recovery drive from semm meant he would round out the podium. Elite after starting last finished p5 a solid drive from him, smoke finished p10 and bennett p16.
This mean going into Abu Dhabi we have a 4 way battle for the championship and one of Smoke, Bennett, Connor or elite will be the champion, who will it be? Find out next Friday starting at 8pm it’s going to be a thriller!

SLR Bennett Vs MasonGammon05 - Causing a collision (lap 1)
Outcome: 3LP for Gammon due to DNF
Reason: Gammon misses his braking point and heavily hits the back of Bennett, causing the Aston Martin to spin and drop all the way down the field
Division 2
In division 2 this week very early the weekend was dominated by SLR Quattro setting some blistering times in all 3 qualifying sessions which saw on pole. Very close in behind him though with 3 drivers separated by a tenth. SLR Jack joined Quattro on the front with GoldenEggFryer and Matt Silva sharing the second row.
To the race then. Matt silva with a identical start to last week going from P4 to P2. TTM Tez also a great starter moving up 6 places on the opening lap.
Zachisbeast made a brilliant move on GoldenEggFryer on lap 6. On his return to SLR Alpeh was trying to follow Zach through and did so with the help of DRS.
Our first safety car appeared on lap 8 as SLR dosser retired. This allowed the soft runner starters to pit for fresh mediums which should see them go to the end.
With laps whittling down Alpeh max a move on Matt silva to promote himself into a podium position. GRT Andrew and QBR20 jay then had a nip and tick battle.
Lap 19 saw another safety car. The entire field pit at this stage. The red bull drivers seemed to have got it wrong though Matt silva selecting mediums then pitted again for softs as his teammate also pit. This dropped Matt silva back to P8. On the restart the two red bulls had contact with Zachisbeast coming off worse.
Lots of moves in the final stages as SLR Charlie moved up passed Andrew. With two laps to go. A few costly late time penalties will end up costing a couple drivers some positions. But it was SLR Quattro with the win and dominant performance. Matt silva wiuld cross the line 5th but with a penalty less race jumped up to 2nd. SLR Charlie picked up 3rd. Simon37m was 4th, GoldenEggFryer 5th, SLR Jack 6th, Alpeh 7th on his return. Zachisbeast 8th, SLR Leah 9th and THATGUY 10th

Incident - Southraptor vs GoldenEggFryer
Outcome - Racing Incident
Reason - Egg went for a gap that just unfortunately closed, we think the collision mainly happens due to Leah being all over the show in sector 1 but as the incident isn’t against him we can’t take any action against him.
Incident - GoldenEggFryer vs Jay
Outcome - 3 Seconds penalty to Jay
Reason - Jay is all over the place and gets a bad exit which allows Egg to almost get alongside him before Jay swipes across very aggressively and dangerously and almost caused a big crash, we’re giving a minor penalty as Egg was able to back out just in time.
Incident - Original vs Hicklin
Outcome - 10 Seconds and 2LP to Hicklin
Reason - Hicklin goes a bit to fast into the corner and punts leah into original which gives original and possibly Leah wing damage.
Division 3
Welcome back to Division 3 round 23 Saudi Arabia GP.
Before we go into the weekend let’s talk about the championship. LSW L3G3ND44 has to put score Gregers by 4 points to win the Division 3 championship . Will we see the two top dogs go head to head to battle for a chance to win the championship by the end of the season. So can Gregers preform a mega drive to stop LSW L3G3ND44 wining the championship.
As we go into the first qualifying session we only have 15 qualifying tonight so division 3 will be using the first session as a practice or getting to know the track a bit more. As we go into the second session division 3 will be losing 5 drivers in Q2. The drivers that don’t advance to Q3 are: Rosco, Warhead, Russell, Maxwell and SLR block.
The Q3 qualifying results are; LSW L3G3ND44 P1, Ryan4 P2, Kemence P3, BCFC Josh P4, Gregers P5, SLR Marsh P6, BigBag P7, Chicknrosery P8, SmitHPDan P9, Timole P10.
As we go into the race BigBag readied up early twice so the lobby go restarted. Meanwhile Kemence has drop out and Josh move down 5 places as he had an incident in qualifying and had a 5 grip penalty for doing so.
LIGHTS OUT!!
LSW L3G3ND44 gets a bad start which allows Ryan to go down the inside of T1 to take the lead which is crucial because Ryan is on the mediums for the start. Meanwhile Gregers now finds himself behind LSW L3G3ND44 and this could get tense if these two crash into each other which they have a few times in Division 3. As Josh makes a move on Smit for P6.
As we go onto lap 2 Maxwell has pitted early. We have a battle happening between Marsh and Timole as can Marsh get past the Ferrari driver and get himself into P4. There is also a train forming behind BigBag which consists of Russell, Block, ChicknRosery and almost Warhead. This is going to be something to keep an eye on.
As we come to the main pitstops of this race Gregers follows LSW L3G3ND44 into the pits as Ryan now take the lead again after still being on the mediums. Gregers and L3G3ND44 are much more closer on track can we see Gregers leading the second stint of the race and hold back L3G3ND44. BigBag also comes in the pits after the top 2.
As the top 2 have pitted their is now a 5 car battle for P8 and this is looking amazing. These guys are giving each other room and they are being extremely brave to get close to the walls around here as one wall can give you wing damage and make you have to pit because you will badly struggle without one around here.
And now the 2 leaders are fighting for the different reasons one want to win the championship the other want to make it go to Abu Dhabi. Will Gregers be able to put the pressure on LSW L3G3ND44 and make the championship go to the end.
As we are coming to the end of the race Gregers is all over L3G3ND44 but can’t get the move done. LSW L3G3ND44 is using tactics to defend against Gregers so does Gregers have something he can do to get past the Redbull driver but sadly he can’t. But on the second to last lap LSW L3G3ND44 has picked up a 3 second time penalty which mean Gregers will take the win on LSW L3G3ND44 and make the championship fight go to the end.
As we come to the Chequered flag LSW L3G3ND44 crosses the line but due to penalties Gregers wins the race with L3G3ND P2 and Josh P3. That’s wraps up an amazing race to watch.
We hope you join division 3 next time as they are going to Abu Dhabi where the championship fight will continue and will be crowning either Gregers or L3G3ND44 Champion.
