Appeal 1 (F2)

Beast and Corey

Stewards Decision - 1lp

Panel Decision - 5s and 2lp

The Panel reviewed the evidence and statement provided and concluded that Corey swerved very dangerously in the braking zone and forced Beast off the track by doing so. The panel adds that this was a very aggressive swerve that could have been avoided and have applied an extra penalty point and also 5s to their race time for dangerous driving

Appeal 2 (F2)

Jam / Corey / Darnell

Stewards Decision - NFA

Panel Decision - NFA

The panel were provided clips from an incident believed to be of similar nature and reviewed this on grounds of consistency. The referenced incidents and the current incident had vague similarities, but in this incident with Corey and Darnell, this is primarily triggered by a concertina effect within most drivers off the final corners and onto the straight. There was very little room for reaction and the panel, having had evidence to refer to and review in a matter of consistency, believed that the incidents were triggered by different factors and have agreed with the stewards decision

Appeal 3 (F2)

Marsh and Griffiths

Stewards Decision - NFA

Panel Decision - 1lp to Griffiths and a League Reminder

The panel reviewed the incident on the Formation Lap and concluded that this could have been avoided and have applied a licence point to Griffiths as the panel concluded that this was an unsafe use of AI. The Panel also look to issue a league wide reminder to use AI in events scarcely and only when absolutely necessary. Using this more can be issued with harsher penalties going forward. The panel also wish to advise drivers to follow all Formation Lap guidelines and to note any issues to their respective stewarding team
