Crowding vs Risks - 5s pen for Crowding - causing a collision.
Crowding has unfortunately appeared to miss his braking point and spun the Ferrari around. We appreciate that crowding owned up to this issue, but with the resulting damage to risks race we see this punishment viable.
Southerner vs Andres - NFA/Racing Incident.
The stewards believe that this contact came from racing between the two drivers and lack of space left by both. The Aston could’ve left a bit more of the space coming out of the corner, but also the Haas couldve backed out. Due to the fact that both drivers could’ve done more, and both lost out, we see NFA as a fair result for both.
Divison 1
Round 19 of the championship takes us to Brazil for the Sao Paulo Grand Prix. One of the quickest laps of the season and a track where one mistake in one corner could make the difference between pole and P5.
Qualifying was an entertaining one with SimbarocksONE taking pole position by a slender margin of 0.016 seconds! Second place was SLR EVVO who has been showing great pace and finally put together a lap for the top two. Rounding off the top 3 was ShutMedal, who has been on a strong streak of qualifying always being up there and fighting for that elusive podium.
The sprint race, was full of action even though it was only 12 laps, a massive first lap incident and many battles up front ended with SimbarocksONE taking the win in the sprint race! He’s looking like a tough man to beat today taking the pole position and the sprint race could he take the grand slam? Second in the sprint was SLR EVVO who helps his case getting some points in this race but also a great place for the main race. Rounding off the podium was Zachisbeast25 who continues being consistent and gets a great result as a sign of his improvement this season.
The race now, a crazy 36 laps many incidents, a fair few DNFs, and many battles all the way through the field, and a dramatic ending, resulted in the Alfa Romeo driver of SimbarocksONE taking the win and the grand slam! Impressive drive from Simba, really looking comfortable all race and he has really found his feet at the end of this season. Second place was Riggsey x who from 5th in the sprint and 13th in qualifying, extending his impressive streak of performing oh so well in the races really is amazing for him. And rounding off the podium was ShutMedal who from 14th on the end of the second lap after being involved in a first lap incident really dug deep and got himself back in the race and gets himself onto the podium a really impressive drive from the Ferrari driver.
Brazil always brings a race that is quality entertainment and we’ll hope for some more when we head to the final race of the season in Abu Dhabi. Until then though hope everyone stays warm in the cold weather but most importantly have an awesome week!

Incident 1:
2LP to J Lee Menz for dangerous driving.
There is no need for Menz to drive so slowly on his qualifying lap. Not only does he go dangerously slowly on the racing line he also stops on the live race track whilst other drivers are completing qualifying laps.
Incident 2:
10s and 2LP to M McLoughlin x for spinning another car.
Incident 3:
5s and 1LP to QWERTY for an unsafe rejoin.
QWERTY should have waited for a safe gap before rejoining.
