Steward's Decision - 10s + 2lp
Panel Decision - Overturned
New Decision - Qualifying Ban for SotierClock110
The Panel have reviewed the incident and supporting evidence for this incident, and have implemented a qualification ban for SotierClock110 for their next grand prix entry. The Panel concluded that with acknowledgement from clock that his game glitched out, there was suggestion that the correction could've been made at a safer point on the track to avoid incident. The full front wing of Ellis was broken off in the incident and with significant damage, as well as clock's significant reduction of speed early in the braking zone, the panel have upped the penalty to a qualification ban for SotierClock110 on their next entry
Appeal 2:
Warhead vs Popcorn Joe
Steward's Decision - Racing Incident
Panel Decision - Steward's decision stands
The Panel have assessed the evidence provided by warhead on this incident and have concluded that this was a racing incident. The Panel acknowledged that whilst Popcorn Joe was moving to the left, this was due to the direction of the track at this point and warhead is still heading straight, which in turn, sees them both contribute to the incident. The Panel agreed with the perspective of the stewards for this incident
