Reason: The appeals panel have decided to overturn the stewards decision of +3s and instead replace this with a formal reprimand. This was due to the evidence provided and that no lasting or significant advantage was identified in the driving behaviour of the Alpine
However, the appeals panel have issued a reprimand for this as the panel feels that for future events, track extending for lengthy periods can result in lasting advantages and can be issued penalties for such actions
