Another week gone and a new race report to read, although this time I want to start with saying rest in piece Niki Lauda, an F1 legend with 2 championships for Ferrari and 1 for McLaren and a true inspiration to everyone F1 fan out there. Also if you haven't watched the movie Rush 2013 make sure to do that right after you have read this. One of the best movies I've ever seen, without spoiling to much its about the 1976 Formula 1 season.
So, with that out the way lets go into this then. I wonder if Pricetag71 is still walking on clouds after taking his first win in SLR, after 26 races it came and it was very well deserved especially considering it was a wet race apart from a 5 lap stint in the middle with some dry tyre running. Racerfreeman 10 finished 2nd on track lost it due to penalties but he did get his second place back after PrestoEvans received a penalty for an incident with Trapman49, but PrestoEvans still managed to hold on to his 3rd place which was his position on track as well so not to much to complain about especially considering he started 15th and Trapman49 who started 16th finished 4th so well done to both of you obviously gaining the same amount of positions.
With me not racing in div 2 the battle for victory was open. Maybe not considering I only have one win but anyway BCT L3GENDS ended up winning the race 2 tenths infront of his Ferrari team mate so a succesful race for the reds in division 2. My beloved team mate in Haas, ontothepodium completed the podium in 3rd place and keeping a safe lead in the championship.
Finally is the word to use for icallum76 in division 3. After getting his first SLR victory taken away by the stewards in China he finally got it now, in a Haas as well so some good points for us in the joint constructors, good job icallum76. Behind him we can find the 2 Red Bulls of DaredPaul1986 and ViggoLitoo. Also a little reminder to all drivers is that be a little bit more careful, in division 3 we now have 3 drivers who will have penalties for the next race in Austria because they retired and can't receive them now. So a little reminder that every decision is an important one in racing.
