Monaco… at night… yepp here we go!
We went into this week’s race with a lot of talk about pad vs wheel around this track, and it certainly showed. JH199 ended ZyDRADs 100% pole record just edging UKBeastAssassin and SLR Darnell all within half a tenth of eachother.
The feature race saw JH199 convert his pole into a brilliant victory. Finishing ahead of a surging HamJam2002 and raceroller22 with another F2 podium. The race saw plenty of incidents (yepp including the Darnell implosion but less of that).
The sprint race then saw HamJam2002 make a late move for the lead of the race after him and ZyDRAD went wheel to wheel for the lead in the closing laps with ZyDRAD losing out after making contact with the Mirabeau barriers. SLR Niki took home second with ZyDRAD rounding off the podium. A notable shout out to Lil Wiggy who was a day new into his SLR career and claimed a P5 finish in the sprint race on debut so congratulations to him.
