This week in F2 saw the drivers take on the twists and turns of spa-francorchamps hoping to brave the demand it has on drivers endurance.
Qualifying saw ZyDRAD go into double figures of Pole Positions after making it 10 during a wet session with Xx JamHam xX just narrowly missing out on pole by 2 tenths of a second. And JH199 rounding off the top 3.
The feature race didn't see much action from the top but a bunch from the midpack! ZyDRAD took the win with Xx JamHam xX just behind him in 2nd, with SLR Darnell Pulling up 2 places to secure the last podium spot.
A noticeable feat would be that SLR freeman took his car from P19 after invalidation in Qualifying all the way up to P5. Impressive for the Reserve Driver.
Then onto the sprint. Freeman Pulled out some good race pace to take home his first win of the season from P4. Just managing to beat out bennett who takes P2 and Start hastagging because #MeRkzGotThird once again showing some fine form for him in the Sauber Charouz lately.
UKBeastAssassin Showed us his class as he recovered from P19 to finish in P6 to join his teammate on the third row of the finishing grid.
So Now to go from a track with lots of overtakes to a straight up DRS Fest. We push onto Monza Next week. Where we have already seen some action as we did our preseason test there. Join us next week!
