Summit League Racing returned to action this weekend after the Easter Bank Holiday break, and with all 4 divisions taking on the Circuit Spa-Francorchamps, it seems some drivers were still on the beach. Others however were quite the opposite, most notably race winners SLR Ham19, SLR Hicklin & SLR Darnell, the latter taking his very first race victory on track. Will they keep their wins? Incident involving EVVO and Elite - 5 second time penalty and 2 licence points to Elite.
While EVVO does receive damage this is primarily down to the contact system and therefore the penalty that has been applied is seen as sufficient.

The initial contact comes from an unfortunate spin caused by understeer and the contact system, Owen is unlucky to get damage but we can’t penalise Scar for it.

Based off of the evidence submitted we can’t see either driver being primarily at fault.
Incident involving Hubbadee and TIR Spider - 1 licence point and a warning to Spider.
While not severe enough to warrant a time penalty the rejoin causes at least a distraction to Hubbadee.
