Howdy Fellas!
Round 17 of the championship takes us to Austin, Texas for the US Grand Prix. A track that is very hard on tyres and one that can throw out all kinds of different scenarios for the drivers to contend with.
For qualifying, it was one that was cloudy but dry all the way through, but the championship leader Leviking16 would take pole position by a commanding 0.290 seconds! This puts him in the best place to try and win the championship with 3 rounds left to go. KevinGT9389 takes 2nd place on the grid to keep his impressive run of form in the past few races. Rounding the top 3 for the race was SImbarocksONE, who puts himself in the second best position to try and stop the Aston of Levi from winning the title in this race.
For the race, clear session, a safety car early on in the race causing the Hard tyre runners a headache, was just some of the action which happened during the race, but it was Leviking16 who would take the chequered flag first and also take the championship with 3 rounds to go! A huge congratulations to Levi, quick all season and didn’t get all the results at the start of the season but as the season went on just got quicker and quicker, and this race win was no less, controlled the race all the way and always looked like winning. Second place was F1kiki who on his second race in the league gets his first podium. Impressive drive for the reserve and hope to see more from him. And rounding off the podium, was Evoke Replay who started in P11, and has a great race to claim another podium.
Another great race in this division has ended but next week is Mexico, a very quick track with it’s difficulties but one with similarities to USA so will be a challenge that the drivers will be able to cope with, until then hope everyone has a great week!

Scar Vs Adrian – 10s and 2LP to Scar for causing a collision.
Scar spins out Adrian when trying to come across the track in an attempt to pit. Can clearly see Adrian is alongside and makes no attempt to avoid a collision.

Qualifying Incident involving RRT AdamLee Outcome: Warning to RRT AdamLee Reason: This was a very unsportsmanlike act from Adam and this was not necessary, a practice start can be done on the formation lap.
Formation Lap incident involving RRT AdamLee Outcome: Warning to RRT AdamLee Reason: again, this was a very unsportsmanlike act from Adam, with no intention other to try and annoy another driver. If Adam is caught doing either of these again in a race, he will be penalised.
Lap 15 incident involving F1 Warhead, SLR Xhaka & ARL Tooman Outcome: No Further Investigation Reason: this was a rather unfortunate incident for F1 Warhead, but we do not believe the rejoin from ARL Tooman was unsafe, and that what happened after was also a racing incident.
Lap 16 incident involving dRaSt1k bLazE & Fat Ted24 Outcome: 5 seconds removed from dRaSt1k bLazE’s race time Reason: Blaze was clearly not at fault for this 5 sec pen given by the game, and submitted the correct information needed in order to remove this.
Lap 20 incident involving F1 Warhead & ARL Tooman
Outcome: 5s + 1LP to ARL Tooman Reason: ARL Tooman was clearly the car at fault for this incident, and was the sole cause of the spin to Warhead.
