The panel reviewed the evidence provided and concluded that the games contact system has exaggerated the severity of the incident, and that the contact was with no intent to push drivers off the road. The panel also reflected on the space the Ferrari had on the outside to give racing room and could potentially have eliminated the risk of contact by doing so. The panel does not believe there is enough evidence provided nor impact on the race to implement a penalty.
