Reason - The Appeals Panel have acknowledged and assessed the incident and have decided that despite agreeing with the sentiment that it is a massively unfortunate game glitch and penalty to have applied to the driver's race time, the panel have declined to remove and reinstate Greggers on the basis that in respect of the stewarding code and penalty guides, only SC penalties that have not been served can be removed
