The panel reviewed the evidence provided and concurred with the stewards decision on this instance. Upon reviewing the clip, Dodgy looks to capitalise on a small slide from qwerty and shapes up a move into T3, which Dodgy attempts. However, when reviewing this clip, we believed that the contact occurred due to Dodgy straightening the car up slightly early mid corner before continuing to turn rather than qwerty turning in. If the straightening up of the car mid corner did not occur, the panel argued that this move could've been completed without issue. The panel agreed that qwerty gave enough room and with the contact being wheel to wheel side by side, this was unfortunate contact to end Dodgys race. The panel agrees with the stewards that this is deemed a racing incident.
