The panel reviewed the incident and all evidence involved and concluded that the penalty will stand in this instance. This was due to Ogween backing out of this battle originally before reaching Turn 1 which opens the outside to Griffiths more to use whilst battling with Roller. The panel believed that Griffiths ignored the space on the outside and by doing so, did not give Roller sufficient racing room on the inside. The Panel agrees with the original penalty applied.
