The panel believe that when serving a qualification ban it is to be done swiftly at the start of the session by driving backward. In the clip provided, JMC began doing donuts on the pit straight which not only delayed the DSQ in the session, but also poses a genuine danger to others on track. Although the game does disqualify JMC eventually, the QB protocol was not adhered to and the request to remove the applied penalty point has been denied on this occasion.
