Panel Decision - QB and 3LP
The panel reviewed the evidence provided and concluded that Kislesko is going for a gap that is never really there on a fast section of track. Going into a closing gap is asking for an incident and the panel concluded that Kislesko was responsible for making contact with Owen, who reacted to the contact and tapped Moley into retirement. The penalty applied by the stewards is accepted by the panel.
