The panel reviewed the evidence provided and concluded that it was difficult to assign blame on either driver. Maxwell is following the racing line inputs and does go slightly slower through the corner, and Vettel goes through it a bit quicker. The panel believed that the two speeds unfortunately met in the middle and led to contact and damage to Vettel and is deemed an NFA in this instance.
