The panel reviewed the provided evidence and have overturned the penalty applied by the stewards. The panel reviewed the clip, showing blaze goes in way too hot into T1, nearly taking Simba out of the race and going deep. Roller sees the opportunity to go round the outside of T2 to gain the position. In doing so, the panel believes there to be an appropriate gap left and Roller didn't initiate the contact at T2. The contact was more about Blaze having gone deep into T1 that has resulted in being out of shape for T2 and having a tighter line. The panel also discussed the option of applying a penalty to Blaze for the late dive into T1, but ultimately, have removed Rollers penalty as T2 was a racing incident
