Reason: the reason for the stewards giving the penalty is dubious, but the appeals team have determined that the reason for Beast spinning is down to the change in terrain and his throttle and steering input at the time of this happening. The penalty only stands as it happens that the penalty for Menz forcing another driver off track - which is ultimately what happens - is 5s and 1LP
