Reasoning - The appeals panel have assessed the evidence presented and concluded that a qualification ban penalty will be in place for SLR Kiara's next race. Whilst acknowledging that SLR Kiara had car damage, they were significantly reducing their speed through T15 on the primary racing line, which the panel decided constituted to a lack of spacial awareness for other competitors, dangerous driving, and a significant reduction of speed on the primary racing line which led to the incident in question
