The panel submitted this incident for review, however, with intervention from Heads of Stewarding, the Appeals team have not been able to assess this incident as, although it complies with the appropriate evidence of Race Director and clip being provided for the Appeals to review, the incident itself does not comply within the regulation of Track limit warnings. The Head of Stewarding made the Appeals team aware that because of the circumstance roller went off, and despite losing time and positions for it, because Roller went off on his own accord, the incident does not qualify for an appeal. This has been voided and the token returned.
