Reason - Russell is fortunate not to have received a harsher penalty from the stewards. He opens up his steering on the exit of the corner which initiates the contact and ultimately the spin.

Reason - Although Tooman is alongside and leah turns almost to the apex, Tooman’s line is very narrow which contributes to the collision. As such a racing incident is our decision.
