The Panel reviewed the evidence provided and concluded that Griffiths did not leave the track at any point to be warranted with an unsafe rejoin penalty. As Griffiths spins on the racing line, he does everything to avoid oncoming traffic and doesn’t leave the track nor rejoin in a manner deemed unsafe by the panel, hence overturned to NFA.
